Job Description
- Plan, develop and implement the strategy for HR management and development.
- Recruitment, selection and placement policies and practices, grievance, counseling, compensation and benefits, training and development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring the high-quality performance of HR Department.
- Monitor and measure HR issues, opportunities, development plans, and achievement within agreed time frame.
- Present information and bargain with employees and Managers from different levels.
- Be adaptive in conceptualizing, formulating, and implementing various Human Resource Programs.
- Liaise with other Functional Heads/Department Heads so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of the HR Department and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose, and achievements.
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theory and methods.
- Provide suitable interpretation to Directors, Managers, and staff within the organization.
- Develop and maintain a coherent and strong relationship with government and non-government agencies for better and fast functioning of the company.
- Plan, direct, and implement outsourced training and conduct in-house training in order to:
- Develop employees' skills.
- Keep them attached with the demands for organizational development.
- Conduct a spot audit of HR process and documents to ensure compliance and efficiency of the department.
- Perform other functions required from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related fields.
- At least 10 years of work experience in the related field.
- At least six (6) years of broad HR experience including End-to-End Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Government Legislation, Employee Relations, and General Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and other DOLE requirements.
- English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
