Garment In House Q.C.  

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Garment In-House Quality Control (QC) Specialist to join our team. This position focuses on overseeing the entire quality control process within our garment production facility, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards. You will be integral in maintaining quality throughout production and ensuring that each garment aligns with buyer specifications.

What you will do:

• Develop a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of fabric materials and manufacturing processes to monitor quality standards.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to garment defects, inconsistencies in color, texture, or overall quality.
• Ensure that all quality standards are consistently met throughout the entire production process.
• Oversee the QC cycle, including controlling samples, tracking materials production in-house, and coordinating material testing.
• Organize and manage Pre-Production (PP) meetings, ensure cutting permissions are granted, and handle inspection processes effectively.
• Perform in-line audits and in-process audits at various stages, including sewing, finishing, and packing, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain meticulous records of inspections, testing, and quality issues, providing timely reports and updates.
• Closely monitor and supervise the quality processes of assigned subcontractors to ensure they meet established standards and buyer specifications.

What we are looking for:

• A Bachelor’s degree, college-level education, or practical experience in garment production and quality control.
• Proficiency in using measuring devices (e.g., meters) and the ability to accurately read measurements in centimeters.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect quality issues at all stages of garment production.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
