- Ecommerce Account Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's ecommerce accounts on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Shopify, Tiktok and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and manage product listings, pricing, availability, and content to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as Marketing and Merchandising Planning and Control Department and Audit, to ensure timely updates and promotions are reflected on ecommerce platforms.
- Sales and Performance Optimization:
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Develop strategies to improve sales, conversion rates, and overall performance on ecommerce platforms.
- Implement A/B testing, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.
- Content Management:
- Ensure that product descriptions, images, and other content meet high-quality standards and are optimized for search visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visuals and product content that resonate with the target audience.
- Inventory and Order Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Fulfillment teams to ensure products are in stock and available for online customers.
- Manage order processing, shipping, and returns, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to online purchases promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and responsive online customer service presence to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Marketplace Compliance and Regulations:
- Stay updated on the latest policies, guidelines, and regulations set by ecommerce platforms and relevant authorities.
- Ensure product listings and operations comply with marketplace requirements and legal standards.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and trends to share with management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to guide decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in ecommerce account management, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
- Strong understanding of online marketplaces, ecommerce platforms, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in using ecommerce tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
