Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the Garments/Retail industry.
- At least six (6) years of broad HR experience including End-to-End Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Government Legislation, Employee Relations, and General Administration.
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and other DOLE requirements.
