Job Description
- The Art Director is the main driver of creativity and concepts in our integrated digital campaign work
- Responsible for the overall visual aspects of an advertising or media campaign
- Develop an artistic approach and style based on brand values and owners’ direction and cascade to the team for implementation
- Develop the overall look or style of a publication, advertising, and social media campaigns in which a message is communicated visually to customers.
- Specifies material details, such as style and size of type, photographs, graphics, animation, video, and sound for use in marketing and communications collaterals.
- Ensure that owners’ and the brands’ desired message and image are conveyed to consumers.
- Ensures that execution of all creative output meets quality expectations compromising brand guidelines
- Provides the overall creative direction for photo shoots and other related offline marketing activities that may be required
- Acts as liaison for internal and external partners that involves the production of official collaterals
- Manage graphic designers, multimedia artists, set and exhibit designers, or other design staff by overseeing, reviewing, and approving their work for all creatives, artwork, set-up, advertisement, videos, and other creative's work.
- Mentor, nurture, motivates, and provide growth opportunities for the creatives team
- Coordinate activities with other artistic and creative departments
- Responsible to do artworks and projects given by the management
- Create a positive working environment and can deliver artworks required or as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Arts/Media/Communications, Arts/Creative Design/Marketing Graduate
- Minimum 2 years prior experience as a creative team lead as a supervisor
- 5+ years of experience in the digital creative industry
- Expert knowledge of interaction design
- Strong technical command of Adobe CS programs a plus
- Proven experience in conceptualizing and creating assets for digital consumption / mobile-creatives ( portfolio )
- Working knowledge of website design
- Familiarity in arts, visual arts, electronic media, photography, studio arts, interior design, and painting.
- Ability to efficiently work in a fast-paced environment
- Updated on creative best practices and executions
- Passionate and innately creative
- Collaborative, can work well with others
- Computer proficiency (MS Office particularly Excel and Word, Internet)
- Above-average communication skills in written and oral English and Filipino
- Excellent Planning skills
- Excellent teamwork skills.
