Job Description
- Ensuring that by the end of the day the total amount collected is balanced.
- Being responsible for daily report after counting and segregating all cash in cash office.
- Ensuring that the cash is transferred to the bank via authorized security company.
- Securing the reconciliation correctly.
- Being responsible in preparing cash for daily bank deposits.
- Securing all checks into banks on a regular basis.
- Maintaining the cash limit on daily basis and involving in regular inventory routines.
- Maintaining all equipment used in the checkout and cash office.
- Ensuring that checkout and cash office operational in safe ways.
- Contributing in creating a conducive environment where the IKEA culture is strong and keep the diversity within co-workers and customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Enjoy working in high volume and fast-paced retail environment.
- Interest in people’s everyday life at home and in home furnishing.
- Experience of customer focus and customer service, preferably experienced in checkout/cashier area.
- Ability to use and take personal initiatives and to make considered decisions.
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
- Ability to work as individual as well as in a team.
- Emotional resilience and ability to handle conflict.
- Having a good common sense and attention to detail.
- Able to demonstrate good communication skills both in local language(s) and English, oral and written.
- Computer literate; familiar working with NAV and Ms. Office.
- Willing to work on shifting schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.
- Living in Sentul/Bogor area and willing to work at Sentul City, Bogor.
