IKEA Food Team Leader (Bandung)  

Your Assignments:

1. Ensure that customers are always in focus and strive to make them smile, meet and serve the customers showing empathy and care. Willing to listen and support them with an attitude based on the IKEA values.
2. Always look at the store through the eyes of customers and walk the store regularly. Have a daily dialogue with the customers to get continuous feedback about their experiences and to learn more about their needs and wants, then take action based on their input.
3. Have an overview of the store business plan and IKEA Food action plans, and contribute to area’s action plan by supporting the manager in implementing it with the team.
4. Know the top-selling products and 3 Aces and 1 King, and ensure they are available and clearly communicated and displayed at all times.
5. Initiate commercial activities that attract store visitors and increase the take-up rate, or take other actions to secure productivity, during unexpectedly quiet times.
6. Work with the manager to ensure all the co-workers in the area understand the IKEA Concept and key guidelines, as well as how those have an impact on their specific roles.
7. Lead by example and support and coach the colleagues on the job so they can meet the needs of customers and grow professionally.
8. Work towards agreed goals and take appropriate action to ensure to meet them.
9. Ensure that the IKEA Quality and Food Safety Policies and routines are followed.
10. Report any food incident, or potential incident, through CASY and inform the manager. Contribute to creating a “safety first” culture where co-workers are encouraged to raise and discuss concerns and solutions.
11. Work proactively to avoid bottlenecks and consistently improve customer satisfaction.
12. Ensure the daily operational routines and actions set out by manager for the area are implemented.

9. Able to prioritise and organise work, take responsibility and can delegate when necessary.
10. Communicate well with others.
11. Willing to work at Kota Baru Parahyangan, Bandung Barat.
12. Willing to work on shifting schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.
