CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXPANSION SPECIALIST  

We are looking for Customer Relations Expansion Specialist who will be responsible to the assignments of Customer Relations in which related to the process of opening a new store and also ready to take a next step into an expansion specialist role. This position will report to the Project Leader.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Support the Expansion Project in preparing, coordinating, and securing the Work Process according to the establishment process.
2. Secure the IMS order and set up Order-tool for Customer Relations function.
3. Arrange the timeline and deadlines in the Establishment process.
4. Manage the needed planning tools for the Expansion project.
5. Communication and set the agenda with the Expansion Planning Team.
6. Responsible for all tasks related to Customer Relations in accordance with the task of establishing the store.
7. Ensure the Commercial Brief reflected in the results of the plan and commercial implementation.
8. Ensure the Commercial plan and its implementation in a timely manner as well as consistent for the expansion store planning.

1. Experience of working in a customer service management role within retail business.
2. Ability to understand the key principles of the shopping experience and customers’ expectations.
3. Experienced in creating and implementing short-term plans and following up goals.
4. Proven customer-focused mind set.
5. Self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
6. Proven record/experience of developing people and organisations.
7. Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in the local language(s) and English.
8. Facilitation skills.
9. Good analytical and numerical skills.
10. Ability to communicate to large groups in a comfortable manner.
