SALES AND SUPPLY SUPPORT MANAGER  

Sales and Supply Support Department is the bridge of demand and supply. Their goal is to synchronize commercial needs and activities with supply to achieve best possible products availability at lowest possible total cost. The department is also the active partner in the commercial team and work as a communication link between the store and country Retail Supply Integration.

As Sales and Supply Support Manager your main task are :

1. Lead the Sales and Supply Support team and work with the country Retail Supply Integration team to secure the highest possible goods availability in partnership with the commercial team, taking into account country positioning campaigns, the commercial calendar and local store activities.
2. Secure an efficient and precise range management process for the store.
3. Work actively with the commercial team on the range change process, which is led by the commercial team, by providing information regarding sales space parameters, expected sales starts, quantity and remaining outgoing quantities.
4. Maximize successful replenishment by driving the actions of forecasting and ordering and ensuring they are aligned with the commercial calendar.
5. Work actively together with the Goods Flow Manager in analyzing stock discrepancies as part of the inventory management process.
6. Support the Logistics Manager and Business Navigation Manager with the analysis of stock discrepancies as part of the inventory management process.
7. Contribute to the store business plan and logistics action plan.
8. Ensure the logistics actions agreed in the store business plan are implemented within the Sales and Supply Support team.
9. Set goals based on agreed key performance indicators and monitor the Sales and Supply Support team's performance against agreed goals, adapting and taking action accordingly.
10. Ensure that the Sales and Supply Support team works in compliance with the IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation relating to health, safety and security and the environment.
11. Identify, recruit and develop the talents within the Sales and Supply Support team to secure succession planning.
12. Live the IKEA values and nurture a strong and thriving IKEA culture that inspires colleagues to reach extraordinary achievements in the store and specifically in the Sales and Supply Support team.
