Job Description
- Coordinating and working closely with the hiring managers to ensure the needs, requirements and expectations of the job.
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates by utilizing existing tools provided.
- Supporting and monitoring all the hiring activities based on our IKEA cultures and values.
- Delivering the full cycle of recruitment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably experienced as a recruiter, and or obtaining human resources experience
- Tactful and discreet for dealing with confidential information
- Able to demonstrate good level of English skill (verbal & written)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good personal skills and attention to detail
- Able to take personal initiatives
- Excellent computer and administrations skills
- A positive attitude and a good example to the others
- Willing to work under contract as a temporary maternity replacer
