Job Description
- Input online application details on time and efficiently.
- Check invoices and send it to the finance division.
- Follow up insurance claims.
- Maintain the import database.
- Update tracking sheet.
- Check documents from supplier.
- Confirm and give feedback on import documents drafting process.
- Ensure that all administrative work (invoice check and data compilation) run smoothly.
Minimum Qualifications
- Interested in people’s everyday life at home and home furnishing.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and future-oriented environment.
- A bachelor degree; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Desire to support the development process of both business and team.
- Flexible and has the ability to adjust to changes in a process.
- High attention to details and a systematic person.
- Open minded and has passion to learn new things.
- Ability to do multi-tasking, take personal initiatives and able to work individually as well as in a team.
- Having good communication skills both verbal and written in local language(s) and English.
- Have an advance knowledge in Ms. Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
- Ability to organise work and make efficient use of the time.
