Job Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Generate leads for potential revenue streams, close distribution deals, maintain relationships
- Designing and implementing strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensures it's strong presence
- Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Formulate and implement pricing policies and sales strategies
- Market research and industry studies and analysis of competitor movements
- Attend trade shows and seminars to identify new innovations and room for improvement
- Coach, train, counsel and discipline employees
- Identify future and current trends that appeal to consumers
- Spearhead branding partnerships and cross-marketing opportunities to spread brand awareness and boost sales
- Approve contracts with vendors, distributors, consignors
- Ensure items, merchandise, and promotional materials are in stock
- Analyze financial and operating statements for profitability ratios
- Assist sales staff in achieving sales targets
- Handle customer complaints, questions, issues, new inquiries
- Research, develop and open possible new stores
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and aggressive in meeting sales targets
- Knowledgeable in operating MS Office and Mac applications
- Must have great interpersonal, technological, and multi-tasking skills
- Pays attention to detail and takes initiative with minimal supervision
- Quick and accurate in meeting goals, deadlines, executing projects
- Easily adapts to erratic hours/schedules and varying situations/locations
- Can maintain a high level of confidentiality and loyalty
- Ability to utilize online marketing and social media tools
- Languages required: English and Filipino
