Job Description
- Updating and managing existing databases (photos and videos IDN Times)
- Support documentation as requested by the team
- File maintenance - update IDN Media product files, permanent records, maps, and online files
- Maintain filing and archiving of all master documents and batch records. Store completed documents in the appropriate data files
- Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and finding solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required or any equivalent combination of education and experience utilizing administrative skills required, but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work produced
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of using Microsoft Office
