Job Description
- Assist and consult with Team Leader on each function’s KPI development and maintenance.
- Manage performance review processes.
- Facilitate respective Team Leaders in identifying critical needs and developmental needs required specifically per department.
- Create learning plan for team member.
- Develop career path strategy
- Initiate internal bonding events/programs
- Conduct internal training
- Conduct Employee Engagement Survey
Minimum Qualifications
- Passionate in HR and developing people
- 1-2 experienced in HR or related role.
- Strong microsoft skills, especially for excel.
- Fluent in english, preferable in writing.
- Experience in using SAP Successfactors is preferred.
- Good public speaking skills.
