Job Description

  • Provide leadership and assist HR Director in driving organizational improvements and developments through the implementation of best HR practices
  • Ensure efficient coordination and team performance in accordance with the strategic plan
  • Develop, implement, review, improve and monitor HR standard operating procedures applicable to company operations in all work areas
  • Ensure company compliance with HR policies
  • Establish operations expense and development budget via evaluation of business needs with regard to human resource management, systems, support and training
  • Ensure effective performance management system is implemented and aligned with regional directions in order to recognize desired performance for business advantage in order to assist HR Director in gaining commitment of Senior Management
  • Build and maintain relationship with line managers in department and deliver regular advisory to represent HR role as strategic partner for all department
  • become the bridge between function and HR, consult with HR Recruitment/ /C&B to develop effective and efficient solutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any degree with minimum 4 years experiences in Human Resources/Legal
  • Proven track of leadership
  • Strong problem solving skill
  • Strong in Process Planning and Organizing Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Excellent in English both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS. Office
