Job Description
- Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendation to strategic plans and review; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements and implementing change
- Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports
- Maintain financial security by establishing internal controls
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting background, from reputable university
- Around 4 years experience(s) in similar field, preferably had experience in multinational company
- at least 2 years experience(s) in public accountant
- Competencies in Taxation & Legal Compliance, IFRS, Tracking Budget Expenses
- Preparing monthly and annual tax return
- Able to understand management structure and organization matrix
- Time management
- Able to work under pressure, tight deadline and multiple tasks
- Analytical skill
- Attention to detail
- Open minded and mature, professional attitude
- Business English proficiency
