Job Description
- Conduct feasibility study and analyze functional and non-functional requirement specification
- Create planning for application development
- Create Software Requirement Specification and Design documents
- Participate in review of specifications, source codes and technical documents
- Participate in agile rituals and project meetings
- Develop high security and high reliability smartcard applications for different markets
- Ensure high quality level of the applications via white-box testing and unit testing, and also strong collaboration with software quality team
- Analyze and fix application issues reported by internal or external team.
- Contribute to strong collaboration with integrated project team, internal team and several R&D sites globally
- Contribute to Continuous Improvement and Innovation by proposing ideas, creating white papers, submitting patents, and developing added value creation
- Supports and assists Development Team Manager in term of supervising development team members, coaching, mentoring and training team members, developing team strategy and improving team performance, improving application development methodology, and maintaining development team handbook.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in embedded application software development.
- Bachelor / Master Degree in IT / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering or equivalent from reputable university with minimum GPA 3,00
- Proven experience in embedded software development using Java, C and / or assembly languages
- Experience in smartcard application development would be a strong plus
- Experience in / knowledge of Cryptographic algorithms, software security concepts and security protocols would be strong plus
- Experience in / knowledge of application code and performance optimization would be a strong plus.
- Experience in / knowledge of payment industry standards (EMVCo, VISA, Mastercard, etc) would be an added advantage
