Senior Finance Associate  

Assist in financial reporting and analysis

Assist in overseeing daily accounting operations

Support the SFAM and CFC in the development of annual budgets

Assist in preparing financial forecasts, updating them regularly

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies

Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud

Assist in preparing for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and responding to audit inquiries

Support the preparation of tax filings other government compliances and ensure timely submission

Assist in maintaining financial systems and software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial data management

Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and work with the SFAM and CFC to implement best practices

Help in automating routine financial tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors

Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferable.

At least 4 years of accounting experience.

Excellent knowledge of accounting processes

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Accounting software

Analytical skills with detail orientation

Equipped with good analytical and problem–solving skills

Commendable oral and written communication skills
