Job Description
- Work closely with the external vendors/providers, IT service desk, and IT infrastructure.
- Work closely with the system vendors/providers and client's system vendors/provider in API project.
- Administer and resolve applications issues, provide updates dan perform root cause analysis.
- Manage all production system and recommend ways to optimize performance and provide solution to problems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, System Information or any other such Technical Department of Electrical Engineering and Communication Engineering.
- At least 2 years experiences in application development experience or ERP Application Support.
- Have expertise on RDBMS such as SQL Server, Business Process at Logistic/Warehouse Company, Basic Programming Language, Business Intelligence Software such, ERP knowledge.
- Strong Communication within team and work independently without close supervision.
- Creative, Innovative, pro-active, analytical thinking and problem solver.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin language will be advantage.
