Job Description
- Handles the learning and development of the companies' workforce he/she will be assigned to.
- Equips team members with the knowledge, practical skills, and motivation to carry out work-related tasks.
- Delivers the training prgrams or coordinates with the third-party trainers as needed.
- Implements on-going, long-term improvement of employees' skills, enabling them to fulfill their potential within the organization.
- Improves training modules to grow and retain employees.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS Degree of Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Mass Communication, or any related course.
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience in Training.
- Strong background in the food and beverage industry.
- Strategic and analytic to assess the skills and knowledge within the organization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong background in the different training methodologies.
