Job Description
- Supports and assists the Chief Operating Officer in the management of the daily operations.
- Responsible in documenting processes and procedures related to office policies and procedures.
- Implements office policies and procedures and comply with the standards set by the Company.
- Acts as the officer-in-charge of monitoring the performance of the facilities and security personnel.
- Ensures that the office and supplies inventory is complete and up-to-date.
- Closely coordinates with various departments such as Finance, IT, and HR in carrying out day-to-day operations.
- Processes business permits and other government-related requirements, when needed.
- Coordinates with finance department, vendors, and suppliers in the purchase of supplies and equipment.
- Acts as the contact person when the COO is out of office.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any course
- Has at least 3-years work experience in office management, and operations
- Can communicate wel
- Goal-oriented and works with high level of excellence
