Job Description
- Process check vouchers for all approved APVs
- Proper documentation and attachments to CVs
- Updates CV resgister for purposes of cash position monitoring
- Daily updating of bank statements in the cash position reports
- Prepares checks of release listings
- Respond to emails and phone queries
- Regular inventory of all unreleased checks
- Prepares actual cash flow report per brand/company
Minimum Qualifications
- Accounting of Financial Management graduate or any related finance course
- Preferably with Treasury/Accounting experience
- Computer proficient - Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Honest, dependable, hardworking and teachable (willing to learn)
