Job Description

  • Ensure proper payroll income and deductions: compute, prepare and reconcile where appropriate all cash compensation, benefits, allowances and other advances and payments including 13th month pay..
  • Maintain data for payroll manual results adjustments based on year-end processing requirements and special requests.
  • Perform data entry for off-cycle payroll requests
  • Execute self-assessment in accordance with business controls requirements
  • Coordinate claims with market HR and counterparts
  • Participate in some payroll year-end activities ( e.g. tax- related reports)
  • Initiate process improvements in an accurate and timely manner
  • Attend to all payroll-related inquiries
  • Initiate documentation update
  • Review and be up to date with any government changes which affect payroll.
  • Generate payroll reports quarterly and yearly

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in performing payroll and benefits preparation and computation
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel and MS WORD)
  • Knowledge in using payroll tools and softwares
  • Must be at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance or any related course.
  • Must have updated knowledge on government legislation on taxation, especially involving salaries and benefits.
  • Must have knowledge in processing government reportorial requirements ( BIR, PHIC, SSS, PAGIBIG)
  • Must have knowledge in processing government mandated benefits and loans
  • Must be able to create basic to intermediate payroll data reports
  • Must have good communication and analytical skills
  • Able to handle highly sensitive payroll information
  • Able to create basic process documentations
  • Analytical, organized and keen on details
  • System and process oriented with the ability to identify & resolve critical
  • Must be willing to work in Taguig Area
  • Must be an excellent team player
