Job Description
- Provides Technical and functional support tousser community
- Track troublesshoot and resolve application errors in a timely manner
- Develop , test and deploy programs and data conversion as needed
- Work with the embers of the application support team to identify and implement revisions that the most frequent issues or problems reported
- Maintain a knowledge base of all issurs and problem reported; record best practice or solutions to help others resolve similar situations
- Perform other related duties as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelors College Degree in Engineering ( Computer/Telecommunication) ECE or Computer Engineering Comp Science IT or equivalent
- At least 5 years of professional working experience in the related field is required for the position
- Knowledgeable in I-Series, and/or Window based programming languages
- Required Skills: Web, Java Script, ITIL/Java, J2EE, Php
- Customer oriented and Customer focus can deal with internal and external customers
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Able to create team reports using windows or google application
- Knowledgeable in software development lifecycle
- Strong analytical and planning skills
