Job Description
Plan, direct, and control of activities leading to the development, establishment, improvement, and implementation of systems and procedures, work methods and standards, and management programs and projects for the following areas:
- Capacity Planning
- Capital Expenditures Management
- Space/Layout Planning
Minimum Qualifications
- Education/Knowledge: BS Industrial Engineering graduate
- Skills: Proficient computer and managerial skills, with knowledge in assembly operations, excellent coordinating and problem-solving skills, effective writing and communicating skills, excellent interfacing with customer, supplier and vendor on design requirements, excellent skill as a trainer to other team members. Knowledgeable in employing I.E. tools & techniques, and appropriate Productivity
- Improvement approaches and strategies.
