Job Description
- Coordinate with Department Manager/US Managers for requisition requests
- Make sure below information are provided along with the requests

- Endorse requisition request/s to Recruitment Team/ Monitor recruitment activity
- Ensure the following are ready prior to on-boarding
- Allocated office equipment/furniture/supplies
- Employment Contract
- Seat Allocation
- Conducts new hire orientation
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure that decisions for progressive discipline actions are aligned with the company policies and labor standards
- Consolidate performance reviews
- Assist in conducting job and pay evaluations
- Ensure that the company is compliant with the labor laws
- Ensure that company’s guidelines, procedures and policies are updated
- Manage Davao’s HR/Admin department
- Constantly update KPIs of DSTD’s HR, Admin, Recruitment staff
- Help manage Davao Site
- Address employee concerns
- Come up with programs to help boost employee morale
- Maintain healthy working environment
- Regularly provide update/report to US Executives
- Make sure that DSTD’s compliant with any government requirements
- In-charge in issuance Certificate of Employment
- Signatory for government forms
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences or any related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as HR Manager/Business Partner
- Strong understanding of Labor Laws and General Labor Standards
- Demonstrated experience in different areas of HR: Recruitment, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits
- Demonstrated experience in people management and conflict/dispute management
- Intermediate problem-solving skills
- Project management and implementation skills
- Keen to details
- Highly driven
- High regards to integrity and confidentiality
- Very good brand champion for the company
