Job Description

Primary Functions

Business Role (catering to the different sales and marketing channels indicated above but not limited to those above-mentioned): Generate revenue while maintaining the contribution margin. Meet the Sales Quota as set forth by the Company. Promote products and services by: Conceptualizing and strategizing sales and marketing initiatives. Implementation of the sales and marketing initiatives. Development of Business Plans for both existing and new products and services. Handle company-assigned accounts and create and generate new accounts and ensure their efficient and effective service in accordance with the standards set forth by the Company. Complement the Company’s sales and marketing strategies, practices and procedure with one’s own knowledge, skills and expertise that are not contrary thereto nor to existing laws

Administrative Role (catering to the different sales and marketing channels indicated above but not limited to those above-mentioned and internal divisions): Channel management – management of the administrative requirements and other related requirement of the different available sales & marketing channels in order to ensure a smooth and efficient channel implementation. Employee management – train employees to better perform and contribute to the common goal of the Division and Company and also to provide them a Company approved career path for their development. Customer management – management of customers expectations both internal and external. Proposal management – management of the preparation, release, follow-up and / or monitor both released and received proposals. Report management – management of the preparation, release, follow-up and / or monitor of the necessary reportorial requirement. Documentation management – management proper recording and filing of all in-coming and out-going documents in relation to both the Business and Administration of the Division

Secondary Functions

Perform and execute good open communication to the team, other department and clients if needed, by answering phone calls, text messaging, and responding to email.

Complies with the company policies, procedures and guidelines.

Assist Finance and Accounting division in ensuring prompt and on-time collection of handled accounts, to follow-up on overdue accounts and to receive and collect payments of handled accounts

Submit periodic written reports and analysis, especially of handled accounts and conduct sales and marketing surveys as may be required by the Company

The Sales and Marketing Head will be directly reporting the General Manager and in the absence of the General Manger, to the Assistant General Manager

The Sales and Marketing Head will provide assistance to the General Manager and in the absence of the General Manger, to the Assistant General Manager to all matters concerning Sales and Marketing

Performs others related tasks advised by the General Manager

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4 year course

  • Preferably with 2 to 4 years supervisory or managerial experience in sales and marketing

  • Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Banawe, Quezon City.
