Finance and Accounting Manager (CPA)  

A. Accounting

• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. 2. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. 3. Properly maintain production cost data and make a necessary analysis. 4. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports

​​​​​​​B. Budget, Controls, and Analysis

• Initiates, formulates and updates budget-related policies, procedures, and strategies and ensures effective implementation 2. Ensures budget estimates and proposals for completeness, accuracy and with conformance with established procedures and regulations. 3. Facilitates the company’s budgeting process 4. Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends

C. Reporting and Tax

• Complies with federal and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions. 2. Coordinate with HQ in line with transfer pricing rules and suggest necessary changes in our transaction scheme to management. 3. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents. 4. Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

• To assess, monitor, plan and manage the efficient utilization of cash 2. Prepare or monitor company’s various cash flow forecasts 3. Recommend investment policies based on the market conditions 4. Manage long-term and short-term investment strategies

• Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls. 3. Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Educational background

• Graduate of accountancy
• Certified public accountant (CPA)

Experience requirement

• At least five (5) years related work experience
• Preferably in a managerial capacity
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills
• Must have knowledge of the following job description
• Must be willing to work in Makati
