Job Description
- Respond to product inquiries.
- Provide product specification to customers.
- Assist in creating a new market for the products.
- Meet and negotiates with potential customers for product pricing.
- Receives, process and monitor orders.
- Maintains relationship with clients by providing pre to post-sales support.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance.
- Monitor inventory to ensure that goods are always available.
- Monitor sales collection and ensure that receivables are collected on time.
- Prepares monthly sales forecast, and weekly sales report.
- Coordinates with Technical Sales Manager for the production line-up. Monitor the loading of finished goods.
- Monitor and ensures the timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with customers for the status of shipments.
- Coordinate with truckers for the container pull-out and terminal gate-in of cargo. Canvasses and negotiates with shipping lines, forwarders, and brokers for the most competitive freight rates.
- Coordinates with service providers from time to time for the shipment status.
- Arranges booking, monitors container pull-out and gate-in and ensure that containers will be delivered before terminal closing time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree holder.
- At least 1-year experience.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
