Job Description
- Plans, develops, implement and leads the Gen-con Department design team in designing buildings to make sure in compliance with the basic Building Codes, municipality and Clients requirements have been considered.
- Leads the Gen-con Department construction team in implementing and interpreting the plans and Contract Agreement attaining the most economical and fastest method of construction with a high degree of quality.
- Takes responsibility to have a continuous and substantial number of projects to sustain the capacity and ability of all employees (supervisor level and above) of Gen-con as one of the income generating department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science In Civil Engineering; must be Licensed
- Must have at least 15 years of the construction industry and at least 5 years of which in a similar capacity.
- Must have experience as representative of a Contractor, Developer, and Construction Management.
- Office with a regular site inspection.
- Willing to be assigned in provinces as needed.
- Must be computer literate in MS Office (word, excel, and power point).
- Must have a valid Professional Driver’s license.
- Knowledgeable in basic principle of building construction
- Knowledge in Primavera and Auto-cad is a plus.
