- Demonstrate how to carry out various excercises and routines.
- Watch client do excercises and show or tell them correct techniques to minimize injury and improve fitness.
- Give alternative excercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skills.
- Monitor clients progress and adapt program as needed.
- Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activites, and the use of excercise equipment.
- Give client information or resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree, Professional License in Physical Therapy/ Physiotherapy with valid PRC License
• At least 2 years of working experience as Fitness Instructor
• With pleasing personality and physically fit
• Willing to work in shifting schedule (no graveyard)
• Preferably with hospital experience as Physical Therapist
• Experience and knowledge in Kinesis machine is definitely a plus
• Preferably with Certification of Continuing Professional Development/ Continuing Education Unit
