Job Description
- Interior Sales Designer will be assigned in the showroom during its operating hours.
- Determines need of the clients. Conducts presentation of the proposed or suggested design solution.
- Negotiates and deals with the client on the project cost based on the approved price list.
- Updates clients from time to time with regards to the development of the project.
- Maintains good relationship with the clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent
- Required skill(s): 3d Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, Cad, SketchUp.
- Preferably with experience, specializing in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent
- Preferably with sales background
- With pleasing personality & charismatic
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Avenue, San Juan and/or Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City
- Must be willing do field work
- English proficiency is a must ( both written and oral )
