Job Description
- Serve as the head of Sales and Marketing department and supervise sales agents.
- Provide management with action plans/strategies aimed at strengthening the sales and realigning business efforts to top potential opportunities;
- Establish and maintain a harmonious relationship with clients;
- Conceptualize effective advertising and/or promotional campaigns
- Make and submit bi-monthly sales reports to MD.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering
- With substantial participations in various Sales and Marketing seminars &/or courses.
- Must have 3 big accounts in a Manufacturing company
- Preferably with at least 5 years experience in Sales
- Know how to drive (with license)
- Have conceptual skills; knowledge and experience in formulating effective, up to date selling techniques.
- Must have management skills: the ability to provide directions of the department through aligned planning and organizing.
- Must have the ability to facilitate the communication process among groups, inter-groups. across the organization and with clients.
- High level of analytical and problem solving skills.
- Open-minded; resourceful; creative; assertive
