Job Description
- Design, manages and performs IT functions
- Responsible for monitoring sheet (reception and handling issue management sheets)
- Will handle 1st-2nd level of trouble shooting
- Handles trouble and issue management
- Can identify/analyses the issues
- Will conduct recording and scheduling
- Vendor coordination
- Will conduct client visit from time to time
- Knowledgeable on PC, server, network, and infrastructure
- Preferably a generalist
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology & Computer-related/equivalent courses
- At least two (2) years work-related experience
- Customer-oriented, exudes a positive disposition and attitude even when faced with challenges
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Good written and communication skills
- Can work under minimum supervision
