Job Description
- Greets visitors, offers them refreshments, and directs them to the right person.
- Answers queries.
- Answers calls, takes, and relays messages.
- Provides information to callers.
- Screens phone calls.
- Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of clinic.
- Prepareletters and documents.
- Receives and sorts mail and deliveries.
- Schedules appointments.
- Maintains appointment book either manually or electronically.
- Keeps the reception area tidy.
- Trains continuously in products and services rendered.
- General administrative and clerical support.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a Medical course.
- Preferably a Registered Nurse.
- 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.

- Communication Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Has the following traits:
- Pleasing personality.
- Height must be commensurate to weight.
- Multitasker
- Efficient and well-organized

- Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
- Willing to work on shifting schedule.
