Job Description

  • Direct, support and oversee all aspects of Company Sales Growth Strategy.
  • Increase and grow sales, ensures account profitability and exceed annual sales
  • Implement and monitor sales activities according to the assigned accounts and market coverage.
  • Develop and enhance business relations with customers/ subcontractors/ engineer’s/project managers etc.,
  • People Management as far as sales and marketing dept. is concern.
  • Developing new accounts and servicing existing customers; etc. developers, architects, dealers, interior designers, contractors, and quality surveyors.
  • Prepare presentation materials such as sample charts, catalogue, company profile, project preferences, FAQ, and technical specifications.
  • Follow up with all parties involved after sales presentations.
  • Coordinate marketing, activities such as local and overseas exhibition, presentation and other public relation activities.
  • Ensure all required information in the sales quotation is provided in a timely and comprehensive manner.
  • Monitors sales aging and collection.
  • Manage day to day sales activities, pipelines, subcontractors, distributor/channel partners.
  • Work with management team to negotiate and approve all sales agreements.
  • Manage customer complaints and issues/concerns
  • Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Responsibilities by Function

  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage annual budget
    • Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's financial performance against budget, expenses, financial and operational goals. Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting.
  • Organizational Effectiveness
    • Manage all functions of all sales and marketing team.
    • Supervises and coordinates to all departments stakeholder’s operational procedures of sales & marketing team.
    • Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
    • Develops employee programs and rewards system that will boost morale of all his/her subordinates
  • Organizational Leadership
    • Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team
  • Risk Management
    • Serve as primary liaison to legal counsel in addressing legal issues e.g. copyright, antitrust, governing instruments, partnerships, licensing etc.
    • Oversee organizational company rules, policies, and regulation

Minimum Qualifications

  • A graduate of any related Business or Engineering Course (Civil Engineer, Marketing, Management, Etc.)
  • Minimum 3-7 years of Business to Business Sales Leadership experience in the general construction, post-tension firm or the like, with a proven track record of achieving sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market territory.
  • Aggressive, Pro-Active and has the Initiative in performing a particular task
  • With good oral and written communications skills
  • Can work under a minimal supervision
  • Willing to work in Mandaluyong area and do field work nationwide.
