Job Description
- Preventive maintenance of mold press, mold tool, humidity oven, test handler and manipulator, presentation of weekly report using MS office.
- Fabrication of jig and parts of machine using in DTFS and all EOL machines and equipments.
- Electrical and mechanical trouble shooting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Must have at least 3-4 years of experience working with semiconductors, Back End, DTFS, Mold, & Lasers
- Willing to work in Laguna Area
