Job Description
- Possess an analytical and enquiring mind to:
- Assess evidence and facts.
- Identify inconsistencies and anomalies for challenge and further investigation.
- Identify and analyze fraud trends (fraud applications).
- Conduct effective investigations relating to an alleged fraud (internal or external).
- Conduct training and educate related departments on fraud trends.
- Cooperate with the management on the manner of investigations.
- Discuss the findings and any recommendations to address identified risks.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of work experience as Fraud Investigator.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Can work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
