Job Description
- Make monthly production plan.
- Supervise daily operation in the production area-
- see to it that monthly prodution is met
- ensure that products are produced and repacked according to specifications.
- forsee any situation that would affect the attaintment set plans.
- Find ways to imporve efficiency and cut down cost.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Engineering and other support groups.
- Manpower allocation
- Documents implement and monitor work instruction and system procedure in compliance with ISO 9001-2000.
- Conduct time and motion study.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's /College Degree, Engineering (Industrial ) or Equivalent
- Required skill(s) at least 2 years of working experience in a Manufacturing industry
- Able to communicate well
- With working knowledge in MS Excel MS Office
- Female
