Job Description
- Improve the post-tensioning operational procedures, manpower planning, and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and people management, business process and organizational planning.
- Manage, communicate and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, Admin, Purchasing, Sales, IT, Plant, Warehouse, Rental, Accounting, and Treasury), thru proper coordination and communication between support and business functions.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
- Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
- Management of both internal and cooperative manpower budget in coordination with the HR and Management dept.
- Supervise and coach site / field engineers all across the company projects
- Check and reports regularly progress of each project as well as problems encountered in the site/project.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong background and has at least three (3) years or more work-related experiences in post-tensioning, and general construction industry.
- Preferably a licensed Civil Engineering graduate or equivalent.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, CADD software and access
- Knowledge in using SAP and MYOB system or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Knowledge of government contract management and +Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
- Budget development and oversight experience
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Excels at operating in a fast paced, community environment
- Has a high tolerance of stress and patience
