Job Description
- Plans, develops, implement and leads the Gen-con Department design team in designing buildings to make sure in compliance with the basic Building Codes, municipality and Clients requirements have been considered.
- Leads the Gen-con Department construction team in implementing and interpreting the plans and Contract Agreement attaining the most economical and fastest method of construction with high degree of quality.
- Takes responsibility to have a continuous and substantial number of projects to sustain the capacity and ability of all employees (supervisor level and above) of Gen-con as one of the income generating department
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least 15 years in the construction industry and at least 5 years in a similar capacity.
- Must have experience as representative of a Contractor, Developer, and Construction Management.
- Willing to be assigned in provinces as needed
- Must have a valid Professional Driver’s license.
- Must be computer literate in MS Office (word, excel, and power point)
- Knowledgeable on basic National Building Codes of the Philippines
- Knowledgeable to read and interpret structural, architectural, electrical and mechanical plans
- Proficient on basic principle of surveying and lay-outing
- Familiarity with basic principles of structural, electrical and mechanical design and building construction
- Knowledgeable in basic principle of building construction
