Job Description
- Reports to the Assistant General Manager
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of HR department
- Workforce Planning and Employment (Recruitment and Selection) o Human Resources Development (Training and Development)
- Employee/Industrial Relations
- Rewards Management (Compensation and Benefits)
- Performance Management
- Contract Management
- Maintains the highest level of trust and confidence in HR department
- Ensuresuppliers’recordsareaccurateandup-to-date.
- Ensure 201 file are updated accordingly.
- Ensure contract are updated and complies accordingly.
- Supervise, assist, guide, coach, discipline, motivate and evaluate her team member’s performance.
- Responsibleforthemeasurement, monitoring,reporting of individual KPI and team KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
- Responsibleforcreatingcontrolstoavoidand/orminimizeoperatingcosts
- Creates, review, revise department policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Trains purchasing team members
- Complies with company policies and procedures
- Implements to the team company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Prepares management reports
- Performs team member’s duties and responsibilities when deemed necessary
- Performs other related tasks advised by the immediate leader
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Human Resources Management , Psychology, Guidance and Counselling.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Team player, with good communication /interpersonal skills.
- Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Quezon City.
