Job Description
The Service Head leads the team in identifying the customer’s service requirements and strategises on how the requirements shall be met. She/He ensures that the internal systems and procedures in place are developed, maintained, reviewed and updated on a regular basis to promote efficiency and effectivity of the Service Team.
Minimum Qualifications
- University degree
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in heavy equipment would be advantageous
- Strategic, and team leadership skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
