Job Description
- Managing all aspects of assigned properties
- Designing business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs
- Inspecting and arranging maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
- Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends
- Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
- Update job and market knowledge
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least 3 years working experience managing a residential condominium or a budget hotel with gross floor area of 10,000 sq.m or an 8 story building.
- Must be willing to work in San Juan, Metro Manila
- Must be proficient in pertinent local and National laws regarding building code and fire safety.
- Must have some accounting and management background.
- Preferably must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, management, real estate, or any business related field/
- Salary is between 20K - 35K per month.
