The MEPF Coordinator will be part of the in-house Project Management Team who will supervise and coordinate all MEPF related activities for the construction of on-going projects.
He/She will be reporting to the Project Manager and will be tasked to oversee MEPF works, coordinate with all design consultants and other trade Coordinators, review plans/specification and conducts QA/QC activities among others.
He/She will be working on a mid-rise project in Cainta, Rizal and will have free lodging near the project site.
Minimum Qualifications
- Possesses a professional license in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required
- With experience in foundation to finishing phase of mid-rise construction
- Capable of Quality Control, Engineering Project Management, Construction or Project execution
- Proficient in Auto CAD, Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to be deployed in Cainta, Rizal
