Job Description
- Responsible for assisting and overseeing the recruitment programs, policies and procedures to source and deploy qualified applicants in functional units within the agreed timelines.
- Arranges participation to job fairs, coordinates with government agencies etc. to generate the necessary quantity of applicants
- Coordinates with Department Heads for interview schedules, testing
- Assists with the orientation of new employees
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of either Human Resources Management or Psychology
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Has excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Goal-oriented / has initiative
