Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Coordinate building activities and guests inquiries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Minimum Qualifications
- Good communication skills and a pleasing personality
- Can work MWF/TTHS from 7:30AM - 6PM
- Part-time and working students needed
- Amenable to work in Greenhills, San Juan
- This is Work From Office only.
