Job Description
- Perform financial closing activities including journal entries, analysis, and reporting
- Prepare and present working papers and accurate support documentation
- Participate in special projects and developmental opportunities
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Establish records of accounts and input entries into proper accounts
- Document and ensure proper keeping of financial records, making use of current technologies
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, especially Excel)
- Willing to work full-time in Greenhills, San Juan
