Job Description
- Listen to students’ concerns about academic, emotional or social problems
- Mediate conflict between students and teacher
- Facilitate crisis intervention and prevention programs
- Communicate with teachers, parents, and administrators on an ongoing basis about behavioral and academic problems
- Develop and implement an educational and counseling plan
- Complete assessments and tests, analyse results and provide feedback
- Assess students’ attributes (KSAOs) and help them realize their strengths
- Supervises daily guidance programs and/or procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling
- Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC)
- With 5+ years experience in Guidance Counseling
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Amenable to work in Cainta, Rizal
