Job Description
- Deploys manpower
- Greets warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling of clients/customer
- Provides on-going service and support
- Must be detail oriented
- Services the client through phone and email channels
- Uses telephone to reach out the customer and verify account information
- Advises on company information such as company address, contact number and email
Minimum Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Must have a familiarity with Microsoft words, excel, powerpoint
- Must know how to handle people
- Must be willing to work in a dayshift schedule
